Bill Arnold, Executive Director
Bill is currently Executive Director of Blue Diamond Recreation.
Prior to forming Blue Diamond, he was an administrator, teacher and coach at Fort Worth Country Day for 28 years. He served as Head of Upper School, Director of Strategic Projects, Director of the Center for International Studies, Upper School Dean, taught nine different classes, and coached four varsity sports. He also served as assistant director of admissions and assistant director of advancement.
Bill is also a very proud US Marine. He deployed to Iraq in 2004 - 2005 as commanding officer of Scout Platoon, Regimental Combat Team-1. While there he was cited for gallantry in combat during the Second Battle of Fallujah.
Blue Diamond is the nickname of the oldest and most decorated division in the United States Marine Corps. Bill chose this name to honor the comrades with whom he served in Iraq.

Kate Harlow
Kate is a retired financial professional having worked at Merrill Lynch, Americredit, the
Securities & Exchange Commision and Fidelity Investments. She started her career in Boston after receiving a BSBA from Boston University. She has two grown sons and three
grandchildren. She currently resides in Rowley, Massachusetts. Kate and her husband, Chris, have known the Arnold Family for 2+ decades and have always considered them part of their family. She is honored to help with this new endeavor.
Richard C. “Chip” McWilliams
Richard C. “Chip” McWilliams was born and raised in Georgia. He attended the Virginia Military Institute and graduated in 1990 with a commission as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. Chip served for eight years on active duty with assignments to the 101st Airborne Division, the 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea, the 82nd Airborne Division, Forces Command, and Central Command (Forward). After leaving active duty, Chip received a Master of Business Administration degree from James Madison University, and a law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
Chip has worked as a labor and employment litigator at two national labor and employment law firms and now is the Senior Vice President of Labor and Employment Law at Synergy Health Care Services, a healthcare services provider for one of the largest nursing home companies in the United States. Chip lives near Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Kristin. He and Kristin have two wonderful children, a son, Carlton, and a daughter, Ellison.
Allie Arnold
Allie Arnold lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, studying Equine Science at Colorado State University. She currently works at Vista Equine Colorado, an equine reproduction lab where she helps with breeding, sales preparation, and foaling. She enjoys spending time with her two cats and two horses, as well as drawing and playing ukulele. She hopes to continue working with horses following her graduation in May of 2023. Allie is looking forward to participating in and helping with future Blue Diamond activities!
Robert Arnold, Vice President
Robert Arnold serves as Vice-President of Blue Diamond Recreation. Robert currently works in federal client management for a tech and media company in Washington, D.C. He comes to BDR with previous work in non-profit operations and federal legislative policymaking. In his spare time, Robert can be found in his workshop, where he runs a small custom leather working business. Robert holds a B.S. in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
Charles W. Arnold

Dr. Ric Bonnell is a pediatric emergency medicine physician and professor at the Burnett School of Medicine, Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX. He also serves as the medical director for two juvenile detention facilities in North Texas. He lives on a working cattle ranch with his wife, Dr Wendy Bonnell, where they supply the beef for his family’s restaurants.
Ric was born at Fort Polk, LA, where his father served in the medical corps during the Vietnam conflict and his grandfather was an aviator during World War 2. He has been active in military charities and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boot Campaign, a non-profit whose mission is to unite Americans to honor and restore the lives of veterans and military families through life-improving programs.
William F. “Ric” Bonnell
Taylor Arnold, Treasurer
Taylor lives in Houston with his wife, Courtney, and two daughters. He works for Crosstimbers Capital Group, a private equity firm that partners with early stage, hard asset businesses. At Blue Diamond, Taylor serves as Treasurer and oversees the finance and accounting activities.
